Our base “sourdough.” 40% whole wheat bread flour, 50% white bread flour, and 10% rye. This bread uses our natural starter (an offshoot from Joe’s 8 year old starter!) and ferments about 4 hours total at room temperature, and overnight in the fridge. It’s lightly sour, but nothing like what a lot of people think as “sourdough.” This bread is vegan!
